Responsibilities:

Gather and thoroughly review project specifications, contract terms, and legal requirements for bidding purposes.
Prepare and organize comprehensive bid documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate and submit bids to potential clients or organizations within designated deadlines.
Serve as a primary point of contact for bid-related inquiries and provide necessary clarification to stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and legal departments to ensure bid compliance and accuracy.
Facilitate bid evaluation processes, including organizing review meetings and maintaining related documentation.
Maintain accurate records of bidding activities, including bid documents, correspondence, and evaluation results.
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing the bidding process, success rates, and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the bidding process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bidding Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction project bidding processes and procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities for accurately reviewing bid documents and specifications.
Proficiency in using bid management software and tools.
Knowledge of construction contracts, legal requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining effective teamwork.
